Self-Regulation Mechanisms: Supporting the creation and development of independent press councils and mechanisms for media self-regulation.
Professional Conduct Codes: Assisting local media environments in drafting informal and formal codes of professional conduct.
Acknowledging Excellence: Developing prestigious journalism award programs to acknowledge excellence, discourage unethical behavior, and publicize the positive contributions of the press to society.
